Agreement
By creating an account or using Razervo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Razervo for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
Razervo provides tools to build a branded website, manage themes, and take bookings for service businesses. Features may change as we improve the product. We will try to avoid surprising removals of core functionality, but we may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service with notice when practical.
Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and invited teammates.
- Do not share login credentials publicly or with people outside your business.
- The demo workspace is for exploration only. Changes there may be reset and should not be treated as a production site.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, copy, customer records you enter). You grant Razervo a limited license to host, display, and process that content only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to use the content you add — including photos, brand assets, and customer data.
Acceptable use
Please do not use Razervo to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy
- Send spam, malware, or abusive content
- Attempt to access another customer’s account or data
- Overload or disrupt the platform
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans, billing & payments
Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Fees, limits, and renewal terms shown at checkout or in your billing area apply. Customer payments taken through your connected payment provider are between you, your customers, and that provider. Razervo is not a bank and does not hold customer card funds.
Themes & third-party services
Themes and marketplace items may include their own license terms. Integrations you enable (payments, email, analytics) are governed by those providers’ terms as well.
Disclaimer
Razervo is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Razervo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, bookings, or data arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Razervo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users. After termination, we may delete or anonymize data according to our Privacy Policy and operational needs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above when we do. If a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
