Razervo (“we”, “us”) provides websites, themes, and booking tools for service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit razervo.igurix.tech or use the Razervo product.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email, and password when you register or sign in.
- Business content — services, staff, hours, bookings, media, and site content you add in the dashboard.
- Messages — information you send through Contact or Hire Us forms.
- Usage data — basic logs such as pages visited, device type, and errors, so we can keep the product reliable and secure.
- Payment data — if you connect a payment provider (for example Stripe or Razorpay), card details are handled by that provider. We do not store full card numbers on Razervo servers.
How we use information
- To run your account, website, and booking tools
- To reply to support and sales messages
- To improve product reliability, security, and features
- To send important service notices (for example security or billing changes)
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only when needed to operate Razervo — for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, or payment providers you choose to connect — or when the law requires it. Your public website content is visible to visitors you invite through your public link.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. You can clear cookies in your browser; some features (like staying logged in) will stop working until you sign in again.
Data retention & security
We keep account and business data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can update profile and business details in the dashboard. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Razervo is built for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as Razervo grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
